The eighth annual Bridge2Bridge gives you a new perspective of the downtown core as you traverse sidewalks, streets, and bridges! Feel the thunder of cars and trucks overhead as you travel under I-70. Experience the sway of two different bridges crossing the Kansas River. Mix it up with sidewalks and street surfaces. Sign up today for the only "urban" 5K in the area! Cash prizes are awarded to the overall top three male and female runners.

What are the registration fees for Bridge2Bridge?
- $25 Pre-Registration before Friday, April 3rd at 8 am, includes a t-shirt.
- $25 LATE Pre-Registration between April 3, 8:01 am and April 17, 8 am, does NOT include a t-shirt.
- $35 At-Event "Day Of" Registration - 8am - does not include t-shirt.
When do participants check-in for the race?
Check-In for both pre-registered and on-site registration starts on race day at 8 am, with race start times of 9 am for runners and 9:15 am for walkers.

Where does the race start and finish?
515 S Kansas Ave. Walkers with strollers will be positioned at the end of the walking group and pets who are leashed, well behaved, and cleaned up after will be allowed on the course. If there are any issues, event organizers and have the right to remove the participant from the race.
Is the course USATF certified?
Yes, the course is USATF certified as of March 10, 2014.
How will the event be timed?
Bridge2Bridge is a chip-timed event for both runners and walkers.
Will there be awards?
There will be CASH PRIZES for overall male and female runners. Awards are also given to eight age categories (ranging from age 10 and under to 61 and up) + Top Three Overall - male and female for runners.
What is parking like in Downtown Topeka?
Parking is free in the downtown area on weekends, including the City parking garages.
A portion of this year's race proceeds will go to benefit Saving Death Row Dogs.
The original Bridge2Bridge 5K was created by the 2013 Downtown Class of Leadership Greater Topeka as a benefit for Downtown Topeka, Inc. (DTI). Proceeds help support the 30+ FREE events we host for the community - 20 concerts, TouchATruck, Cruisin’ the Capital Car Show, 2 Outdoor Movies, Jazz & Food Truck Festival, BOO It Downtown Candy Crawl, and 4 major parades.
